We offer a select number of complimentary dates for each campus, which align with your school's calendar and our movers' availability. Any dates outside of the complimentary window for your school have additional operational costs so we offer them as a courtesy.
There is a $300 special move fee for all non-complimentary dates which will be due at the time of selection. To avoid this fee, choose a date within your school's complimentary window or appoint a friend/roommate/RA as your proxy to be present on your behalf.
