Where is my delivery?

Although the standard time window is between 9 am and 6 pm, you will receive an email 72 hours prior to your move day with an estimated delivery time. You can also view a live queue on your Storage Scholars account by clicking on the "Mover Arrival Time" button. 

We strive to keep our customers informed of any delays via phone call, text, or email. Please make sure to answer all calls on your move date, as the movers will contact you to let you know they are on their way. In most cases, they will need access to your building, so it is vital to be prepared for their calls.
