Where is my delivery?

Although the standard time window is between 9 am and 6 pm, you will receive an email 72 hours prior to your move day with an estimated delivery time. You can also view a live queue on your Storage Scholars account by clicking on the "Mover Arrival Time" button. 

We work to keep our customers informed of any delays via phone call, text or email. Please make sure you answer all calls on your move date as the movers will be in touch to let you know they are on their way. In most cases, they will need access to your building so it is vital to be ready for their calls
