What if one of my items is missing upon delivery?
- If an item is missing once your drop-off is complete, please notify our customer service team immediately at info@storagescholars.com
- We do our best to reunite missing items with customers as soon as possible but the length of time it takes to complete the process may vary.
- Our main goal is to get items back to you as quickly as possible but delivery may happen after all scheduled deliveries have been completed.
- If a missing item is not reunited with you within a reasonable time frame, you will be directed to submit a claim via your online portal.
