How much insurance coverage do I have for my items?

We offer two insurance plans to provide added protection for your belongings:

• Basic Insurance – $1,000 of coverage for $15/month
• Premium Insurance – $2,500 of coverage for $25/month

Insurance can be added at multiple points throughout the process, including during registration and before pickup. If you prefer, you also have the option to waive insurance coverage.

• Storage fees will not be refunded as part of a damage claim.
• No coverage will apply to TVs or monitors that are not properly packed in the original box or in a box specifically designed for this type of item.
