Can I have a shorter pick-up window?

• Shorter blocks are not offered as it is impossible to account for unforeseen delays such as inclement weather, flat tires, or incidental delays relating to situational service needs.

• We will do our best to communicate any delays the moment that they are established and provide text updates periodically.

• Our routes are designed for maximum efficiency.

• If you are unavailable during the provided time, either find a trustworthy proxy who can be present for your pick-up, or reschedule for a different day (additional costs will apply for last-minute changes or scheduling non-complimentary dates).

• You do not have to sit in your room waiting. Just be somewhere nearby and be ready to meet the moving team when you receive notification that they are on the way. 

We offer priority pick-ups at the beginning and end of each complimentary date for a select number of customers for an additional fee of $200. Priority pickups are subject to availability, scheduled at least 5 business days in advance, and only offered during our complimentary pickup dates. 

Priority pick-up can be scheduled in your Storage Scholars account.
