How will I be billed?

After your items are picked up, we will generate a detailed invoice, letting you know exactly what you are being charged based on the item(s) we picked up. Your invoice will be available on your Storage Scholars account within 2-3 weeks of pick-up.

Once you receive your invoice, you have 7 days to pay your balance on your Storage Scholars account with any major credit card, PayPal, or Venmo (mobile only). Late charges of $2/day apply after 7 days for 30 days. We will auto-charge after 30 days - one after the 30th day and a second attempt 10 days before drop-off. If the attempts to charge fail, the drop-off will be canceled.
