After your belongings have been picked up by our team, you will be sent an email within 2-3 weeks stating that your invoice is available to view on your account. Simply select the provided link to our website and log in.
Once you are logged in to your account, locate the appropriate order (some parents may have multiple orders if they have more than one student using our services) and follow the steps below:
- Select "View Invoice"
- When you are ready to pay the balance select "pay balance" and follow the prompts
It's just that easy!
