How to pack a TV and fragile items

TVs and monitors are required to be packed in their original box or a TV-specific box.

Failure to properly pack items in the above manner will result in the forfeit of insurance. We would hate to see something happen to valuable items like these so please keep in mind that our movers do not box or pack these items for you. If they are not packed properly they will be stored at your own risk.

Small fragile items that can be packed in our boxes should be wrapped and packed securely in the box. You can use items from your room to prevent your items from damage by wrapping anything breakable in shirts or sweaters to provide them with cushioning. Items inside the box should not be able to move and slide around and stuffing (newspaper, clothing, blankets, towels) should be used as a protective barrier. 

Large fragile out-of-box items such as mirrors, dressers and wood furniture should be wrapped in bubble wrap or blankets and secured with tape.
