After your belongings have been picked up by our team, you will be sent an email within 2-3 weeks stating that your invoice is available to view on your account. Simply select the provided link to our website, log in and follow the steps below:
Once you are logged in to your account, locate the appropriate order (some parents may have multiple orders if they have more than one student using our services)
- Select "Edit Order"
- Scroll down to "Order Transactions"
- Select "View Invoice"
- When you are ready to pay the balance select "pay balance" and follow the prompts
