When will I be billed for my storage?

Once your items arrive in storage, our team will check that the inventory you selected also matches what was picked up from your room. After your invoice has been verified, we will send you a text and email notification letting you know your final invoice is available and ready for payment. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to pay your invoice. After 7 days, there will be a late fee of $2/day added to your invoice for 30 days. After 30 days we will automatically charge the card on file. Delivery dates can only be selected once your balance is paid in full.
