Ready to return to campus? Once you have received your new room assignment you can log in to your Storage Scholars account to schedule your delivery. In the "Drop-Off Information" section on your account provide your delivery details. As fellow students, we understand that you have a hectic schedule and may need to make adjustments to your delivery date and time. You can make changes to your delivery on your account up to 7 days before your delivery date. For any last-minute changes please call and speak with one of our customer service representatives at (336) 815-0100.
If you attend a school that we have key access to, your belongings will be delivered right to your room prior to your arrival on campus. Your items will be ready and waiting for you when you walk in the door!
Students living off-campus or attending a school we do not have key access to will need to be present or have a proxy available during the selected delivery window.
