All drop-offs will happen between 9 am and 6 pm on the date scheduled and our movers will call when they are on their way.
Estimated time windows will be available through your portal within 72 hours of your drop-off. These time windows are only estimates and are based on your position along our predetermined driving route.
On the day of your drop-off, you will have access to a queue that will show where you are along the driving route. This queue will narrow down the estimated arrival time of our movers making it easier for you to plan accordingly.
Shorter time windows are not available due to the possibility of unforeseen delays and a possible high volume of moves.
Travel arrangements should not be made on scheduled drop-off dates. If you're not available at the specified time, you should either arrange for someone to receive your items on your behalf or consider rescheduling for another day.
If the 9 am - 6 pm window does not work for you, our priority drop-off option will allow you to have your items dropped off during the first hour (9 am - 10 am) or the last hour (5 am - 6 pm). This option is available for an additional $200 charge and can be selected when selecting your drop-off date.
