Can I get a refund or credit for unused Ship to School boxes?

Please recycle or repurpose any unneeded boxes or tape. The charges for the shipping labels only get added to your account if they are scanned by FedEx. Therefore, if there are labels you are not using, we highly recommend cutting them up and disposing of them. Those labels can ONLY be used for sending the provided Storage Scholars boxes. If they are used for any other items then there is a possibility that the item could be lost in transit.

We are unable to offer full or partial refunds or credits once shipping labels have been used to ship an item.
