Can I purchase additional shipping insurance?

We ship all items via FedEx and automatically insure each package for $500. If additional coverage is needed, please contact our customer service department at 336-815-0100 or [e-mail].

Please note that all items that are shipped will be subject to FedEx's claims policy while in their possession. There will be no coverage provided by Storage Scholars once the items are dropped off at their facility but we will file a claim on your behalf.
