Do I need to be present at pick-up and drop-off?

If your room is located on-campus and we have key access:

We have partnered with the Residence Life team at your university to provide students with the highest quality and most convenient moving experience around. All you have to do is pack your items with the provided supplies, upload pictures of each item to your account as you're packing, and then lock it in your room and go home. We have key access to enter and pick your items up when final examinations are over. We'll have it ready and waiting for you in your new room on-campus when you return. Please note: this only applies during our complimentary summer storage dates. If you are being picked up or dropped off outside of those dates you will need to be present to meet our movers.

Off-campus residence/Non-key access schools:

We'd love for you to be there so we can meet you but we understand that final exams are a busy time for everyone.  If you have a roommate or proxy please let us know on our website here, we will reach out to that person on pick-up/drop-off day for them to let us in.  We will send that person a text when our team is on the way to their location so they have a heads up but they must be present during the selected window.
