When will I find out what time my movers are coming during my pick-up window?

• On the day of your pick-up, you can log into your Storage Scholars account and view a live queue of how many moves are in front of you. 

• You will receive a text notification when you are the next move on our list. 

• We will communicate any delays, and provide text updates periodically. 

• Times are not guaranteed as it is impossible to predict unanticipated events outside our control such as a broken-down truck, inclement weather, or move-related delays from earlier in the route. 

• Our routes are designed for maximum efficiency.
